Joint Meeting of the Policy Committees (CEHD, EEC, and TC) and 2025 Southern California Economic Update

While each SCAG policy committee is responsible for specific areas related to regional planning, topics arise within the region that pertain to all policy committees. To address these broad topics, SCAG holds Joint Meetings of the Policy Committees on as as-needed basis.

The “2025 Southern California Economic Update” will be presented during the SCAG Joint Policy Committee Meeting on Dec. 4, 2025. This annual presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the region’s economic performance and outlook, with analysis to support Southern California’s local and regional policymakers in making informed decisions.

The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid manner (both in-person and remotely by telephonic and video conference). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), SCAG provides accommodations for persons who require them to participate in public meetings. SCAG also provides translations of its documents upon request in accordance with Title VI.
